ENGINEERING
The engineering services provided by YABIMO cover various disciplines, enabling us to perform a broad spectrum of tasks. The projects we participate in are engineer-led from start to finish. CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
From design through production to installation of steel structures, full envelope to the interior, we provide a full range of construction services:
· Concept design, static calculation, workshop drawings.
· Manufacturing and installation of steel structures.
· Delivery and installation of the full envelope: trapezoidal sheets, sandwich panels, gates, doors, and windows.
· Delivery and installation of railings, staircases, and balustrades.

Design
We offer the full scope of design: concept design,
static calculations, and workshop drawings. Our engineers are competent in
designing halls, office buildings, logistics centers, decks for power plants,
steel chimneys, flyovers, bridges, etc.
Whether it’s calculation or modeling, we use industry leading design software
to deliver our work to our customers faster and more efficiently. Some examples

II. Mapping and assessing actual and potential negatives
All YABIMO’s actions comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We will align our conduct with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact and the UN Declaration of Human Rights; and with other international laws and codes of conduct where such are applicable.
Yabimo conducts a Management Review every year to evaluate the implementation and operation of the Integrated Management System in a given year according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, to assess the validity of the Integrated Management System Policy, and to plan activities to improve the Integrated Management System. The Management Review is aimed at confirming the maintenance, improvement and documentation of the Integrated Management System in accordance with recommendations from internal and external audits, planned corrective approach based on riscs and chances, conclusions arising from analysis of system documentation, interviews with employees and observation of their activities. An analysis of the need to make changes to the System is also carried out.
Yabimo conducts due diligence (Åpenhetsloven) assessments of the company's value chain to detect possible violations of recognized conventions on universal human rights and accepted standards of decency in professional life. The mapping and assessment of our suppliers' compliance with our policies appears in the annual risk assessment of approved suppliers. The document is part of IMS System.

1. Damage to the health or life of employees.

3. Breaking the anti-alcohol and anti-drug policy - taking prohibited substances may cause a health and lives hazards of employees.
Existing methods and tools for the supervision of hazards:
- Internal 'Alcohol and drug policy',
- Conversations with employees before departures, signing checklists by employees (awareness-raising documents),
- Information about penalties (in employee contracts).
The overall assessment is that our business poses little risk that we contribute to violations of recognized human rights conventions and declarations, decent work or other negative conditions in our value chain through our operations. Mapping/monitoring of internal conditions has not revealed violations of human rights or decent work conditions. The working environment is monitored and mapped through a series of measures and is part of the company's internal control activities.
Mapping the supply chain
The supplier risk assessment process is important for respecting basic human rights and decent working conditions. We have conducted supplier assessment sheets that showed an overall assessment regarding the companies we work with. We realize that there may be some irregularities in our supply chain, but the ongoing work on risk mapping and supplier assessment is under review, and we will do our best to ensure that each supplier is guided by responsible business and the policies we implement ourselves.
III. Follow-up on implementation and results of activities
The implementation of the measures will be presented in the annual report. The results of the employee satisfaction survey are reviewed and form the basis for further action. The company also has an annual internal audit in accordance with Article Internal Control Regulations, in which any weaknesses in procedures and frameworks will be identified and followed up.
