Yabimo produced and delivered steel gusset plates:

• Steel grade: S355,
• Surface treatment of steel: sand blasting to grade Sa 2,5 according to EN ISO 8501-1;
• Anti-corrosion protection;
• Execution according to EXC2, EN 1090;
• The acceptance level of weld quality: B according to EN 5817;
• NDT: 100% VT + 10% UT.

Yabimo's engineers have been involved and work in the central development division of Ivar Aasen field in London. While Ivar Aasen platform itself is being built in Singapore at the SMOE shipyard.  The platform will be approximately 230m in height. Image courtesy of Det Norske.

• Cold formed pipes according to EN 10219,
• Surface treatment of steel: shot blasting to grade Sa 2,5 according to EN ISO 8501-1,

• Production according to EXC2, EN 1090,
• The acceptance level of weld quality C to EN 5817,
• NDT of welds: 100% VT.

Yabimo has performed and executes project of prefabrication and delivery of steel connectors for BOB tallest wooden modern structures constructed in Bergen.
