1 Nesflói Street

We are happy to announce our participation in another exciting project in Iceland. Nesflói 1 is a particularly high-quality and smart commercial building solution for those who want their own space or commercial space in a Green Industrial Park setting. Here they will get a suitable place for their business or caravan, snowmobile, motorcycle, hobbies, storage and all the things for which there is no place at home. 

The buildings have been designed to be fully consistent with the beautiful vision and direction of Green Industrial Parks, with high-quality material selection and smart solutions at the forefront. The entire Nesflóa 1 project is geared towards smart solutions, the area is fenced with an electric gate, security cameras and access control with smart equipment.

The structural design stage of the building was last year. For now, we are at the stage of manufacturing the structure and housing in Poland. In May, the first shipments of material for construction will start. The start of assembly is planned for late May/early June. 

We are pleased to participate in such an innovative project, focused on smart and eco-friendly solutions.
