The Future of HR in Energy – join the YABIMO conference

We are proud to announce that on October 29, 2025, at the AC Hotel by Marriott Krakow, YABIMO will host the conference The Future of HR in Energy: Shared Challenges and Solutions.

This unique event is dedicated to representatives of the energy sector from Norway and Poland, HR professionals, as well as academic institutions and organizations supporting workforce development.

The aim of the conference is to create a space for exchanging experiences, addressing common challenges, and finding solutions to meet the rapidly changing needs of the labor market in the energy industry. It will also provide an opportunity to strengthen Polish-Norwegian cooperation, expand networks, and foster innovative initiatives supporting the sector’s growth.

The agenda has been developed in cooperation with institutions such as NHO, NAV, Norwegian Offshore Wind, PAIH, as well as universities from Poland and Norway.
