The Field Engineers at YABIMO work closely with site leaders, as well as method and fabrication engineers. The multi-discipline coordination means they provide expertise and leadership in a wide variety of industries and projects.

Our piping services start with gathering your requirements and specifications. With that in mind, we can create 3D model designs of your piping systems. We ensure that the systems withstand their planned use by analyzing pipe stress and calculating loads for pipe supports and flange stress. On top of that, we create stress isometric drawings.

Other actions in the scope of services include offshore surveys, preparation of substrates for prefabrication and installation, field engineering tasks, studies, and estimation.

Welding Engineers of YABIMO work with our clients to deliver the design and implementation of fabrication-friendly solutions based on the client’s requirements. Additionally, our Engineers develop and constantly improve welding and fabrication processes. They make use of automated welding processes to speed up the process.

But speed isn’t everything. We minimize the environmental impact by utilizing non-destructive testing (NDT) methods. That includes radiography and ultrasonic testing.

YABIMO offers technical support and guidance to welding personnel. As a result, the crew can grow their skills and rely on experts if need be. Aside from inspections and Quality Assurance, our Welding Engineers will evaluate and investigate any inconsistencies and suggest the course of action for corrections.

Design-wise, YABIMO Engineers handle both electrical systems as well as electrical distribution at LV and HV levels. The designs are created using 3D models and with the use of PDMS, which makes them HSSE-friendly.

Working with vendors is also an important part of every electrical project. As such, our Engineers review vendor documentation, provide feedback, and help solve discrepancies. Last but not least, we coordinate interfaces across disciplines, suppliers, and subcontractors.
