Combining Theory with Practice

Experience is what makes our people exceptional. To continually improve and stay updated with industry advancements, we regularly host workshops and training sessions at the Competence Center.

We believe theory and practice should always go hand-in-hand. That’s why our training facility includes both lecture rooms and practical testing areas. Employees and clients can sharpen their skills by experiencing realistic, scenario-based training.

Our center is certified for awarding recognized industry qualifications, such as NORSOK M-501, with training conducted by FROSIO Level III instructors. All certificates issued are fully accredited.

We utilize an advanced in-house process automation system to ensure certification authenticity. Certificates issued feature a unique QR code, providing immediate validation of authenticity. Our monitoring system also allows clients to remotely observe the entire examination process.

Industrial Painting

Given our specialization in industrial painting, we ensure our painters undergo comprehensive training and certification. At our Competence Center, employees refine essential skills including:

Passive Fire Protection (PFP) application

High-build coating application

Our training complies with the stringent Norwegian Oil & Gas industry standards, enabling painters to achieve industry recognized certifications conducted by leading experts.

Our in-house digitalization system ensures the authenticity of our certificates.

Through our digital certification system, each issued certificate is automatically generated and verified via a unique QR code, ensuring 100% reliability. We are the only training center that provides this level of secure verification.
