We are excited to announce our latest project in the picturesque town of Odda, Norway, where approximately 30 of our skilled scaffolders are hard at work.
The Odda zinc smelter, established in the 1920s, is beautifully situated right next to Sorfjorden in western Norway. This facility primarily uses zinc concentrates for zinc production, with recycled zinc as a secondary raw material. With an annual production capacity of 200 ktonnes of zinc, the smelter is currently undergoing investments to increase this capacity to 350 ktonnes. Notably, the zinc production in Odda is among the most climate-effective in the world. Zinc plays a crucial role in various industries: Construction and infrastructure: The largest users of zinc We are proud to contribute to such a significant and environmentally friendly project. Together, we are building a sustainable future! |
