Steel hall construction for cold store in Iceland

 
Yabimo prefabricated and delivered steel construction for our Icelandic client to Vestmannaeyjar, Iceland:

• Steel grade: S355J2,
  
• Weight of steel approx. 265 tonns,
• 3080 m2 of wall sandwich panels PIR 160 mm with flashings,
• 970 m2 of wall sandwich panels mineral wool 240 mm with flashings,
• 4000 m2 of roof (trapezoidal sheet, sandwich panels PIR 200, flashings),
• Steel surface treatment: sandblasting to grade Sa 2,5 EN ISO 8501-1,
  
• Anti-corrosion protection:
  
• Production according to EXC2, EN 1090,
  
• NDT according to EN 1090-2 + A1, Table 24 - for EXC2: 100% VT, 5% MT, 10% UT.
