Time frame

In spring 2019, Yabimo was awarded the contract to manufacture and deliver small modular houses designed specifically for homeless assistance. This innovative initiative aims to provide stable and comfortable living solutions for individuals in need.

Upon presenting Yabimo’s concept, the small modular houses were carefully assembled at our production facility in Poland. Each house boasts an area of 30 m² and is fully equipped for immediate occupancy upon connection of utilities, providing a seamless transition to stable housing.

Key Features of the Project:

  1. Construction Material: All houses are constructed using structural Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), known for its sustainability, strength, and thermal efficiency. This choice of material ensures durability while minimizing the environmental impact.
  2. Exterior Finish: The houses are covered with High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) panels, providing a weather-resistant and aesthetically pleasing exterior that requires minimal maintenance.
  3. Complete Interior Finishing: Each house is fully finished on the inside, offering essential living amenities to ensure comfort and functionality.
  4. Comprehensive Delivery: Yabimo delivered fully equipped houses that included all necessary construction elements, exterior and interior finishing, installations, and on-site assembly to facilitate accurate and efficient setup at the designated location.
  5. Usage: These modular houses serve as cabins for homeless individuals, providing a safe and dignified living space in a time of need.

By focusing on quality, sustainability, and rapid deployment, Yabimo aims to address urgent social challenges through innovative housing solutions. This project not only demonstrates our commitment to helping those in need but also showcases our capabilities in producing efficient and adaptable living environments.
