Production of the steel beams, Norway

Yabimo prefabricated steel elements, i.a. HSQ beams.

• Steel grade: S355J0, S355J2,
  
• Cold rolled pipes according to EN 10219 are accepted,
  
• Weight of steel: about 44 708 kg including 2% weight addition for welds,
  
• Steel surface treatment: sandblasting to grade Sa 2,5 EN ISO 8501-1,
  
• Corrosion protection: painting with primer,
  
• Production according to EXC2, EN 1090,
  
• NDT according to EN 1090-2 + A1, Table 24 - for EXC2: 100% VT, 5% MT, 10% UT,
  
• Assemblies with a length less than 13.4 m.
