Production of a steel hall

YABIMO received once again the opportunity to participate in production of the next steel hall. The scope of this task included design works. The production was according to EXC2 acc. to  EN 1090-2. Steel type: S355J2. Corrosion protection was achieved by hot dip galvanizing acc. to EN ISO 1461. The total weight of steel was more than 50 tons. We also made NDT tests – 100% VT + 10% UT + 5% MT.

The project took totally 12 weeks of work (5 weeks design and 7 weeks prefabrication). Delivered on site by standard trucks (dimensions: 2,5 x 2,5 x 13,6 m.)
