Production of a steel bridge and support elements for the conveyor, Norway

In the area of Stavanger Yabimo fulfilled the next project. The scope of this job was preparation of workshop documentation and production of a steel bridge and support elements for the conveyor. The production was according to EXC2, EN 1090. We used different types of steel: S235  for ribbed sheets / checkered plates, S320GD or S350GD for flat sheets – 1 mm thick and S355 for other elements. Corrosion protection we achieved making hot-dip galvanization acc. to EN ISO 1461 of prefabricated parts. Before constructions were loaded for transportation we made trial assembly to make sure that all elements fit together on site. The project was performed between August and September of 2020.
