Preparation of the drawings and production of a steel support construction

At the end of June Yabimo won a small project. This task included preparation of the drawings and production of a steel support construction to one of our main partners. Execution of this simple construction took place during summer time. The weight of elements was more than 30 tons. We used mix of steel S355 and S235. The elements were prefabricated from cold rolled pipes acc. to EN 10219. NDT test of welds in general acc. to EXC2, EN 1090 (100% VT + 10% UT + 5% MT) plus extra MT100% tests for some of the elements due to special requirements from the customer. Quality of the work and speed of performance caused that the project was delivered before the agreed time schedule.
