Prefabrication of flange and valve boxes – Goliat Platform

Prefabrication of flange and valve boxes in prefab workshop in Rypefjord (4 kilometres from the centre of Hammerfest). The boxes will be installed at Goliat FPSO by Linjebygg insulators.

The workshop is situated at Polarbase https://polarbase.no/ which is an industrial area and a shipping harbour for installations in the Barents Sea.

The workshop is situated in Bygg 4 (see attached map).

We estimated that 2/3 of the total working hours will be onshore hours at the prefab.

Measurement of flange and valve boxes at Goliat FPSO to be produced at the prefab. in Rypefjord. We estimate that 1/3 of the total working hours will be offshore hours at Goliat FPSO. Drawings from measurement must be stored on the Goliat Teams sites.
