EWELINA: professionalism and empathy
Ewelina, our HR & Administration Specialist, has been at YABIMO for more than 5 years. She is our superior, well-organized and cheerful colleague in the HR team.
What are your responsibilities?
I participate in the comprehensive HR process. I coordinate the work of our team in Tarnów and support our colleagues in every detail.
What do you do when you are off?
After work, I am a mom of two kids at the age of 6 and 1.5. We love nature, mountains and enjoy hiking. My son, Marcel was the youngest participant in the mountain raid hosted by Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society (PTTK). We spent 5 days exploring the mountain trails (then he was 3 months old). Our most beloved mountains are Bieszczady. We also cherish Beskidy (Wyspowy, Żywiecki, Mały, Sądecki) and Gorce.
If you possessed any superpower what would it be and why?
I would like to be able to mind-read. This ability would be useful in the support of our professionals.
Ewelina is highly competent. She also intuits people's thoughts and feelings which is supportive in every activity she is involved.
