ONS 2026 in Stavanger was a valuable reminder that some of the most meaningful business connections still begin with a face-to-face conversation.

Over several days, Stavanger brought together energy professionals from Norway and around the world to exchange perspectives on the transformation of the energy industry and the challenges and opportunities shaping its future.

For YABIMO, the event was above all about people and conversations – meeting with existing partners, establishing new connections and gaining insights from professionals representing different parts of the energy sector.

A particularly important part of our visit was the opportunity to meet Małgorzata Kosiura-Kaźmierska, Ambassador of Poland to Norway, and discuss the opportunities and challenges for Polish companies looking to develop their presence in the Norwegian market. Poland was also represented at ONS by Krzysztof Bolesta, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Climate and Environment, who took part in one of the main sessions dedicated to Poland’s energy transition.

Throughout the event, the YABIMO team – Małgorzata Olesińska, Christian Fitjar Dahl and Damian Sikora – represented the company and took part in numerous meetings and discussions.

We would like to thank everyone we met in Stavanger for the open conversations, practical insights and exchange of ideas. Events such as ONS demonstrate the importance of international cooperation and remind us that strong partnerships are built through dialogue, trust and a shared understanding of where the industry is heading.
