Mechanical design and documentation for Danish offshore sector

This project was focused around Danish offshore customer, Yabimo was
responsible for mechanical design and documentation. Namely, our engineers
managed from concept through design and certification tasks of drafting HEV
(Hose-End Valve) Replacement Skid and optimizing vessel’s shut structure for
guiding subsea hose. The skid was equipped with piping fittings &
instrumentation according to ISO standards, moreover, with a manual hydraulic system
for clamping and purging HEV with crude oil.
The assembly was designed and calculated using such programs as Inventor, Robot,
Genie (SESAM package – DNV), Mathcad, ANSYS.
