YABIMO was founded in 2011. Our mission is to provide the highest level of expertise, skilled personnel, and construction services to clients around the world. We specialize in the oil & gas, industrial, and shipbuilding sectors, with a strong presence in the Nordic countries.

Michał Olesiński

President of the Board

Michał Olesinski is the President of the Board at YABIMO Group.

Over the course of his career, Michał has led and contributed to some of the largest energy and industrial projects across Norway, Poland, France, and Germany. His portfolio includes landmark developments such as the FPSO Petrojarl Knarr, Snøhvit LNG Plant, Nyhamna Expansion Project (LNG), as well as major refineries and shipyards in Strasbourg, Saint Nazaire, and Le Havre.

Before joining YABIMO, Michał held senior leadership roles as General Manager and Director at industrial construction companies in both Poland and Norway. He is a certified Project Manager under the IMPA framework.

With a background in engineering and executive management, Michał brings a unique ability to align customer needs with technical precision and commercial viability. Clients have consistently recognized his strengths in flexibility, innovation, and results-driven delivery.

Michał earned his degree in Construction Management from the Cracow University of Technology, where he was awarded a prestigious scholarship to study in Japan. He also holds and MBA from Kozminski Univeristy in Warsaw.

Ireneusz Sroka

Vice President - Financial Director, YABIMO Group

Ireneusz Sroka serves as the Vice President and Financial Director of YABIMO Group, where he oversees the finance and accounting department. He has played a key role in guiding YABIMO’s financial operations and ensuring compliance with numerous international standards and certification bodies, including Achilles and ISO.

His career in the steel industry began in 2008 when he joined the Board of Directors of a construction firm in Silesia, Poland. Since then, he has remained closely involved in the financial leadership of industrial and construction businesses.

From 2004 to 2008, Ireneusz worked as Deputy Chief Accountant at one of Poland’s leading tax and audit firms. During this time, he also held the position of Financial Director at a petroleum company, where he was responsible for implementing a new ERP system and managing the financial merger of two businesses.

Małgorzata Olesińska

Operations and Business Development Director, YABIMO Group

Małgorzata Olesińska leads YABIMO’s business development and marketing efforts. She places strong emphasis on understanding client needs, building trust, and fostering authentic, transparent relationships. Her approach is grounded in a deep understanding of
industry-specific challenges and a commitment to delivering quality and competence at every stage.

Believing strongly in the value of people and mindset, Małgorzata focuses on creating partnerships rooted in confidence and mutual respect. Her leadership helps ensure YABIMO not only meets but exceeds client expectations.

She holds degrees in both natural sciences and engineering, having studied at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands (Marie Curie scholarship), the University of Applied Sciences Münster in Germany (Erasmus and double diploma program), and AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Poland. She has international experience from her time at Philips Research in Eindhoven and previously worked in business development at Comarch in the Benelux region.
