YABIMO was founded in 2011. Our mission is to provide the highest level of expertise, manpower, and constructions to Clients all over the world. We specialize in Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Shipbuilding industries, particularly in the Nordic countries.

Michał Olesiński

President of the Board

Michał Olesinski is the President of the Board at YABIMO Group.

Throughout his career, Michał has worked on and managed some of the largest Energy and Industrial projects in Norway, Poland, France, and Germany, such as FPSO Petrojarl Knarr, Snohvit LNG Plant, Nyhamna Expansion Project LNG, Refineries in Strasbourg, Saint Nazairre and Le Havre Shipyards.

Previously, Michał worked as a General Manager and Director of industrial construction companies in Poland and Norway. He is an IMPA-certified Project Manager.

As an experienced Engineer and General Manager, Michał has a unique skill set to work with customers and deliver their projects according to their technical needs while making them commercially sound. His major strengths are flexibility and driving innovations, as described by former and existing clients.

He graduated from the Cracow University of Technology with a major in Construction Management. During his studies, he received a prestigious scholarship in Japan. He holds an MBA from the Kozminski University in Warsaw.

Ireneusz Sroka

Vice President - Financial Director

Ireneusz Sroka is the Vice President and Financial Director at YABIMO Group. He is responsible for the finance and accounting department. Ireneusz led YABIMO’s efforts to achieve compliance with various international authorities and certification institutions, such as Achilles, ISO, etc.

He has been involved in the steel business since 2008 when he joined the Board of Directors in a Construction business in Silesia, Poland.

Between 2004 and 2008, Ireneusz worked as a Deputy Chief Accountant in one of Poland’s largest tax and audit companies. At the same time, he held the position of Financial Director at a petroleum company. He oversaw the implementation of an ERP system and a financial merger of both businesses.

Małgorzata Olesińska

Operations and Sales Director

Malgorzata is the Head of Operations at YABIMO Group.

Malgorzata has led our business development and marketing team. For her, at YABIMO, the most important is to understand client’s needs, inspire trust, achieve strong relationship with a client based on authenticity and transparency. She builds confidence that we understand business challenges and full specific of the industry. She believes in people and their attitude. She aims for the best quality, competence, and she obtains it.

Malgorzata studied natural sciences at the University of Groningen in The Netherlands (Marie Curie scholarship), and engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Munster in Germany (Erasmus and double diploma program) and AGH University of Krakow in Poland. She worked at Philips Research in Eindhoven and then in business development of Comarch in Benelux.
