Our colleague Dorota Łopatka recently had a special opportunity to visit her son Antek’s kindergarten as part of the “Hero of the Week” initiative. This program allows children to learn about the professions of parents and caregivers and to see what adults’ work looks like on a daily basis.
During the meeting, Dorota spoke with great enthusiasm about her job, explaining what her responsibilities involve and what a typical working day looks like. The preschoolers listened with curiosity, asked many questions, and eagerly shared their own thoughts, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere.
Such meetings are not only a great learning experience for the youngest ones, but also a wonderful example of building connections between the workplace and the local community. We would like to thank Dorota for her engagement, openness, and for sharing her experience, which will surely remain in the children’s memories for a long time.
